TOTAL TV has launched successfully on 19th Feb, 2005. TOTAL TV is a unique concept where in local happenings ethos, local culture, local traditions, local life style/fashion find expression. It is the first city centric, satellite channel in Indian Broadcasting history. Delhi & NCR is considered to be heart of India, from which a unique culture, life style & tradition has emerged. Unfortunately, this new youthful and unique Delhi and its neighborhood have not found its expression in broad casting arena.

Although, local news paper and to some extent local magazines tried to capture this unique emerging Delhi, but could not give full justice due to the limitation of the media. There is a need of a focused city based channel aiming at catering to the needs of Delhietes in terms of information & entertainment.
